Relational database
Airtable uses a relational database. This means that you can create different versions of your tables for different purposes. You can also customize the experience of working with these versions, from the editor view to the editorial calendar. You can even create Gantt charts using the tasks stored in the table.
One important feature of Airtable is that it lets you create linked records between different tables. These types of fields allow you to jump from one table to another easily. For example, if you’re interested in people, you can select the people table and click on the link. You’ll see a list of all the people at that table.
Using a relational database for Airtable is a great way to manage your data. It can help you avoid redundancy by ensuring that you have a standardized structure for your data. Also, you can collaborate with other team members easily. Relational databases are great for filtering and finding records. It can also help you create a content calendar, a product roadmap, or even an event plan.
